He currently lives with his wife Katia in Grand Prairie, Texas in the heart of the Dallas, Fort Worth (DFW) Metroplex.
Prior to launching Plush Retirement & and joining Appreciation Financial, Ric worked with Game Changing Benefits- Insurance Agent, Century Link – Account Executive, AT&T- Account Manager/Executive, Supreme Lending- Senior Loan Officer and Countrywide Home Loans as a Personal Loan Consultant.
He also served in the United States Army from 1987-1991 during the Desert Storm Campaign and the U.S. Army National Guard from 1991-1994.
Born in Irving, raised in small East Texas town, attending Canton Elementary, Canton Junior High School, Canton High School, and graduate of the University of Texas at Arlington.
